At Alfa Organic, we are committed to delivering high-quality frozen fruits and vegetables that meet international standards. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy to ensure the satisfaction of our customers while protecting product integrity and food safety.


1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or compromised condition (e.g., thawed, spoiled, or improperly packaged).

  • The wrong product was delivered (e.g., incorrect item or quantity).

  • There is a clear quality issue that can be documented and verified.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted due to the time-sensitive nature of frozen goods.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • If the product was stored incorrectly after delivery (e.g., not kept at recommended freezing temperature).

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, or third-party logistics beyond our control.

  • If the product was purchased through an unauthorized reseller.

  • If the packaging has been opened, tampered with, or not handled as per the guidelines provided.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@alfa-organic.net with the following:

  • Order number and date

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging condition

  • Proof of receipt or invoice

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email with the next steps, which may include:

  • Issuing a partial or full refund

  • Sending a replacement shipment

  • Offering a credit note for future orders


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, or through bank transfer in case of commercial agreements.

  • In some cases, Alfa Organic may coordinate with the logistics provider to collect samples for inspection.
